This item is as advertised when speaking about celebrating any special event. I bought them for the Chinese New Year event, and I forgot that the party was indoors, so the noise level was magnified greatly! Also, you need to keep in mind that if you are hosting the event, clean-up will be long but not difficult.

This was a great product. We used them to celebrate our Seniors at school. The cannon itself was super easy to use. And the clean up was much better than a confetti cannon. There were some small pieces, but nothing like cleaning up confetti. The streamers gave a great celebratory feel!

We had a blast with these party poppers. They shoot pretty far and they are mostly long streamers which are easy to clean up. I saved a couple for next year but will buy them next year if they are available. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again. The comments about the newspaper are no big deal. I think they are added to the streamers to give them weight so they can shoot far. Pretty clever and again, easy to clean up.Go ahead and buy them. You'll have a lot of fun. POP!!

Got these for a birthday celebration for an older woman and we had a ball. They are streamers and really shoot out hard and pretty far! Clean up was pretty easy... no loose confetti... metallic skinny streamers. Yes, they are worth it!

There was a bit of a mess with these as there were some smaller pieces, not completely streamers. But they were a hit for New Years. Probably 50% were foil streamers and 50% paper filler. Uncurl the filler to find they are strips of Chinese newspaper.

I received pack of 2 and we used one of them this weekend in family party. This was one of the easiest we have used so far. My teenager son was able to use it easily. Confetti by itself looked very good and helped with fun in party. We all liked it.

These confetti poppers work fine and add some fun to an event. However, the whole "no mess" advertising is misleading. The stuff inside the popper is not biodegradable, so if you use it outside you will need to clean it up. Fortunately, it is not a bunch of teeny tiny pieces but there is some cleanup involved. Same for if you pop it inside. Just keep this in mind when shopping.

We used these at a birthday party with some younger kids. They had a blast setting them off and the streamers were a big colorful hit. Not sure where the no mess comes into play because they made a mess and NOBODY from the company showed up to clean up the mess (lol). We did these outside as they shoot pretty far (at least 25 feet) and are LOUD. If your not ready for it it will scare you. They are a little difficult to twist but a 13 year old manged to set them off with no issues.

We used these during our Facebook Live Halloween Spectacular and they were fabulous! Great effect, and lots of large shiny pieces which were so much easier to clean up than the normal confetti poppers we have used in the past. Would definitely recommend them!

These produce a satisfyingly strong bang. Make sure you point them upward, and not horizontally, for the best effect.They are great for a surprise, although I would definitely not use them with someone who gets dangerously scared easily, has heart problems, etc. since they are very loud.Clean up is not too bad, and definitely worth it for the fun

Long shiny streamers with a bang! We set these off to celebrate summer and no more school! I had one go off with a quick easy twist, the others took a little bit more effort, but they did go off with a bang! The streamers shot up into the trees and were hanging off the branches, so it's hard to say how high they could actually go. Lots of fun to do for a celebration.We took the streamers and attached them onto the swing set for continued fun. They are silvery on one side and then either red, blue, or yellow. They are about 2 feet long.We had a lot of fun with these!

Fun! These confetti cannons are a lot of fun! We used three of them for my daughter's birthday party and they worked great. You just point it away, twist, and it pops confetti string all over. I've bought other ones at the store that have the little papery confetti and those are a pain to clean up. These were much easier and the rake was actually able to pull them up.
