Product & General Use

How do the confetti cannons work?

  • Each confetti popper is activated by twisting open a compressed air cartridge causing the contents inside the confetti cannon to be blown out. For best results, twist the very bottom of the confetti cannon with great force.

Are these confetti cannons safe?

  • These cannons were designed for family use. The compressed air cartridge has been designed to require force to activate, preventing young children from accidentally popping them. When popped, there will be a loud POP so be sure to keep young children a safe distance away.

Are confetti cannons considered fireworks? Are they explosive?

  • TUR Party Supplies confetti cannons are not fireworks and are not explosive. They are entirely activated by compressed air.

How high does the confetti go?

  • The contents inside the confetti cannons can reach 15-20 feet in the air!

Can the confetti cannons be used indoors?

  • Our confetti poppers are meant for indoor and outdoor use. We do not recommend using the powder cannons indoors.

Can you carry confetti cannons onto an airplane?

  • TSA does not allow compressed air into planes. The confetti cannons contain a metal compressed air canister which causes the confetti to shoot out.

The cannons I want are out of stock! When can I expect it to be back in stock?

  • We try our best to always remain in stock; however due to popular demand, there may be periods of stock shortage. We work hard to ensure all orders are fulfilled, and will surely communicate with any customers that are affected by stock shortages.

What are the contents inside the cannons made out of?

  • Cannon contents vary based on the specific confetti cannons ordered. 
  • Various confetti is made from biodegradable confetti paper and metallic foil.
  • Powder contents in our powder cannons are made from 100% corn starch and safe colored dyes.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery 

How long does it take to process my order?

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of ordering.

Who is eligible for free shipping?

  • All US customers are eligible for Free Shipping. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to deliver the product to your destination. Some products may be eligible for Free 2-day or Next Day delivery depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

  • At this time we are only able to fulfill orders in the United States (except Hawaii)

Is there expedited shipping options?

  • Please contact us for expedited shipping options. We are always willing to work with our customers to make their event a success!

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

  • If you would like to change your delivery address before your order has been shipped, you may contact us at contact@turbrands.com and we can change that. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to contact the shipping courier to change the delivery address.

Why wasn't my order delivered?

  • If your product shows as delivered and has not arrived, please contact the shipping courier. If that proves unsuccessful, please contact us at contact@turbrands.com.

Why did my product arrive damaged?

  • Rough handling during transit is the #1 cause of damaged products. We package our products to ensure safe delivery; however, if your product was damaged, feel free to contact us at contact@turbrands.com and we will happily replace it for you.

How can I track my order?

  • You will receive an email upon ordering that will contain your order information. Additionally, upon shipping you will receive an email with the tracking ID.

 

 

Ordering & Payment

What types of payment do you take?

  • Accepted payments are Shop Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I use a promotional code?

  • Promotional codes can be applied during checkout in the discount field.

Why is my card declining?

  • The main reason cards get declined upon ordering is because banks do not authorize the transaction. If your card was declined, we advise that you first contact your bank or use another payment method.

I forgot to use my promo code upon checkout!

  • Unfortunately, we cannot authorize a promo code after checkout has been completed. However, your promo code can always be used in any future orders while it is active.

Why was my order cancelled?

  • Orders may be cancelled due to various reasons like a stock shortage or an inability to fulfill. In any case, we will reach out to you personally and inform you of the situation.

How can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled at anytime before shipment by contacting us at contact@turbrands.com. Please note that after the product has been shipped, the order is unable to be cancelled.
