Return and Refund Policy
All orders purchased directly from our store come with a 30-day return policy. In the event that you would like to exchange or return your product, please email us at email@example.com with your original Order ID. We will provide you with a complimentary return label and detailed instructions on how to process the exchange or return.
Important: Items purchased from a third party cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact the third party directly for an exchange or return.
After an order is placed we can process a cancellation if contacted within 30 minutes after the order is placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Merchandise
Please report damaged, defective or missing items no later than 30 days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will work with you on a timely refund or replacement. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
