The 99-Day Perfect Pop Guarantee

Every order placed on turpartysupplies.com is covered for 99 days from delivery. If a cannon misfires or arrives damaged, we're happy to replace it free. If you're unsatisfied for any other reason, we'll refund your order in full — used or unused. Just email us at contact@turpartysupplies.com with your Order ID. No return shipping required for misfires.

Refunds & Returns

To start a return or exchange, email us at contact@turpartysupplies.com with your original Order ID. We'll send a complimentary return label and step-by-step instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.

Important: The 99-Day Perfect Pop Guarantee applies to purchases made directly on turpartysupplies.com. Items bought from a third-party retailer (Amazon, a wholesale shop, etc.) must be returned through that retailer.

Cancellations

We can cancel an order if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing it, before it enters fulfillment.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Merchandise

 

Report any damaged, defective, or missing items within the 99-day window by emailing contact@turpartysupplies.com. Our team will arrange a prompt refund or replacement — please allow 1–2 business days for a response.
